And Otis was in a hurry to leave the shelter, as this was his last day before he was to be killed. So yes, he was in a hurry to find a new patch to call home. He is actually very gentle and loaded and unload well. He has had some socialization as he handled well and walked fine on a leash. Although I only had him a short while before dropping him off at the vets to be fixed, what I can see is a dog looking to settle somewhere and just chill out.
