Of course its 95 degrees out, no shade, so we just waited. That&#8217;s the problem with most shelters, they are not user friendly to either the public or rescues. Some are better than others and will do all they can to get a dog out before it&#8217;s needle time, others, not so much. In rescue we just bite the bullet, do a work-around and put up with their bs so we can get the dog out and to safety. We got Roy out and safe and already vetted; soon he will start training and that will determine where he goes later.
